David Chapman and his wife Andrea are new to Cavalier Homes. David has been building for over 25 years and has built quality homes from Northland to Christchurch. Andrea has a background in business management and works behind the scenes supporting David and his team of builders. David and Andrea moved to the Hawke’s Bay 8 years ago for the climate and relaxed lifestyle. They were introduced to Cavalier Homes by one of their major suppliers and loved the quality of the designs and fittings. They enjoy working closely with their clients to get the perfect result, no matter the size of the home that is required. When they have time to relax they enjoy spending time with family, playing squash, riding bikes along the pathways of Napier or fishing and diving in the beautiful waters of Hawke’s Bay.
