But ‘straight up’ is the only way Denis and Julie will do business. All of their customers receive a full consultation before signing, so they know exactly what they’re buying (and so Denis can sleep at night). Denis has been building Cavalier Homes for the last 4 years and not just in the windy city, but all over the region from Foxton to Eketahuna. He’s a great believer in the product; the high level of back up and support and the innovative designs with their low walls and columns.
For Denis and Julie, the best part of the job is the customer’s reaction when they first enter their new Cavalier home. They’re always thrilled, say they absolutely love it and it’s just as they imagined.
As for playing it straight, well that’s how Denis spends his weekends too, coaching little kids at the Oriental Rongotai Rugby Club.
